Refund policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange as our consignors have already been paid out.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it along with your receipt. Once we receive the return (in approved condition, as mentioned) we will promptly credit your account for the item's full purchase price.

We will not be responsible for lost or misdirected mail.

SHIPPING

To return your product please contact us at sonja@newbeginningspets.com.

Upon approval, we will notify you where to send the returned merchandise.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
